was pretty good
tidy room comfortable beds easy access varied breakfast
the room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. all expected facilities were present and functional. the location offered easy access to public transport for exploring the area and its surroundings. breakfast was delicious and offered great variety, including cooked options (especially the sausages), fresh fruit, and bakery alternatives.

The location is quite central. It allows walking access to many sites. trams are just three minutes away. The jameson distillery is nearby. many restaurants, supermarkets and cafes populate the area.

rooms are spacious and generally very clean. beds are comfortable and warm, great for resting after a long day. rooms include a balcony with a view of the surrounding neighborhood.

the morning and evening staff are beyond friendly and helpful. they are available at all times to assist with any queries or requests. (staff goes above and beyond!).

fantastic experience!
comfortable bed spacious room perfect location tram station
the bed was comfortable. the room was spacious. the location was perfect with a great restaurant and bar just a stone's throw away. the hotel's proximity to the tram station was also a huge plus. walking to the city center took only 15 minutes. the breakfast was really tasty and fresh!!!

The hotel is next door to jameson distillery. there is a store for snacks on the ground floor. the boar head pub is a few blocks from the building. It is the oldest pub.

The staff were helpful. The location was generally good. There were water bottles available in the room.
I asked reception to confirm the last orders for room service. I was told I could order until 8:40 pm, though the booklet in the room stated 9 pm. I tried to order around 8:10 pm, but room service was over. I paid extra for a balcony, yet I was told that smoking was not allowed on the balcony.

The housekeeping was not good. the bed sheets and pillow cover smelled bad, as if they were previously used and left unwashed. the towels in the shower were also not clean. They had strained marks from previous use.
